Workshop Terms & Conditions

How do I book a workshop?
Simply browse our workshops online and check availability. You can book online with a credit card or debit card. Full, cleared payment is required prior to a workshop commencing.

What if I need to cancel my workshop?
If you find yourself unable to attend your booking and it’s more than 14 days in advance, we can offer a refund minus 30% for administrative fees.
If cancellation is within 14 days of your workshop I’m afraid we are unable to offer a refund. You can always send some lucky friend in your place though – just let us know of the name change please. Alternatively you can rebook onto a future available workshop date, by paying an additional 50% of the workshop value.

If you need to cancel please either email Karen on: hello@dotsandblocks.co.uk or give us a call on 07856 257623

What if the event is cancelled?
A full refund will be given if your workshop is cancelled by Dots & Blocks for any reason, or you can elect to attend an alternative workshop instead, space permitting.

How many students are there in a workshop?
We like to keep our workshops small and friendly, so there are usually around 4 – 8 people, depending on the venue.

What should I bring?
All materials and tools are supplied for all of our workshops. If you would like to bring your own tools, please just let us know first.

Do you run workshops for children?
We run creative workshops during most of the school holidays that are specifically for accompanied children aged 5+
We also have workshops aimed for accompanied older children / teenagers for ages 11 – 16yrs.
Or you can book us to run a children’s party in your own home! Contact Karen by email for more details hello@dotsandblocks.co.uk

Can I turn up to a workshop on the day?
I’m afraid not, as we pre prepare materials ready for use on the day. However, you can call us the day before a desired workshop to see if we still have spaces. Contact Karen on 07856 257623.

I want to do a workshop but you don’t run them in my area?
We are always looking for new venues and opportunities to share creativity in new areas. Contact Karen by email with your request at hello@dotsandblocks.co.uk
Our only criteria is that the venue must be within a one hour drive of SP4 8BW. We look forward to hearing from you!

Products or Services

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and features of our products that appear in our online store. Every effort has been taken to ensure that this is captured within both our product photos and descriptions. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
