“ This was soo relaxing to do! All the craft kits at Dots and Blocks help promote mindfulness. I was a little sceptical at 1st – not because I didn’t believe it – just because I can never completely switch my brain off unless I’m walking in the woods ? I can’t really meditate all that well either as my brains so bloody busy thinking about random crap!

I actually loved doing this, it’s really satisfying, I can honestly say my brain went quiet and I feel really refreshed and relaxed now ? Looking forward to doing more! ”

“ Dots and Blocks created the most amazing bespoke tablecloth and napkins for me. I wasn't very helpful with what I wanted for a design, but I knew I wanted animals, and for each of the 8 napkins to be unique. Karen at Dots and Blocks showed me a variety of blocks and I chose which animals I wanted for the tablecloth and each of the napkins, and then left her to it. She created a beautiful, unique peacock and peacock feather design for the tablecloth, which is huge at over 2m x 1m, and then made me some stunning napkins with foxes, owls, bees, dragonflies, butterflies, cats and peacocks. The cotton twill fabric in deep burgundy contrasts exceptionally well with the gold fabric paint that she used, and they have washed well. I thoroughly recommend Dots and Blocks for original, unique and beautiful fabric designs and I'm certainly planning to commission more! ”

“ We are an Art and Craft Wellbeing group based in Wellow (just outside Bath), about 15 of us attended Karen’s workshop re Mandela Workshop on 25th February 2020. We very much enjoyed making the 2 Mandela cards each and will be booking a further workshop later in the year re block printing.

They are all amazed by what good value they are and how unique and attractive. I think my favourite is the navy one printed with the lime green tree of life motif. It goes with so many things and is my favourite motif.

I met the lovely Karen at a Be Well & Beautiful Event a couple of times and had purchased two of her lovely Notebooks and thought this would be the ideal gift that they could use. I contact Karen who was fantastic and we came up with her fabulous embossed design of the Tree of Life with the caption below HOPE ideal, positivity and Karen even made each one bespoke with different shades of sparkle based on our Tropic colours.

“ This is my second time participating in a workshop run by Dots & Blocks Karen and hosted by Katie Confident Soul .

The Dot Mandala technique intrigued me and I couldn't wait to learn how it can help mental challenges.
I found Karen to be very professional and she was able to explain the process very easily. It was a gathering of beautiful souls, and we all enjoyed the process.
I was immediately made to feel at ease and welcome since Karen gave us all the information we needed to know about, why and how to use tools, as well as what not to do in order to ensure that we were well-prepared and could get to work on the projects at hand.
After my very first flawless dot, I was ecstatic. Everyone had a great day, and the atmosphere was really encouraging. My brain instantly went into relax mode, and I enjoyed the experience.

We all made exquisite artwork that we brought home with us. Now that I'm looking at the mandala I made, I'm satisfied that anyone can make something so lovely that speaks to our innermost desires to realign ourselves. I would suggest Karen to everyone because she offers top-notch entertainment and services. Regardless of how distressed you are or whether you're searching for self-help, her courses go really well. Being around by like-minded individuals, taking time for yourself, and adding laughter and joy to
