About Dots & Blocks
Hi – I’m Karen, the founder of Dots & Blocks. Lovely to meet you! Welcome – our website has two main sections. Let us introduce you to them…
Mindful Hobby Collection
We are passionate about promoting the mental health benefits of creativity using Dot Mandalas and Block Printing. These absorbing mindful practices can help you attain inner peace.
Prior to spring 2020, we focused on delivering in person creative workshops. We now have Dot Mandala and Block Printing Creativity Kits that come complete with video tutorials – so you get all the benefits of attending one of our 5 star rated workshops in the safety and comfort of your own home. Explore our range online, and feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. They make perfect gifts too.
Nurturing Home Collection
We offer a number of practical solutions to create a sanctuary in your home. From pieces of home decor to journals, your inner peace is at the heart of everything we make.
We specialise in hand printing artisan fabrics using wooden printing blocks. We have a fabulous selection of wooden printing blocks that are hand carved in India especially for me, Fair Trade, ethically sourced and sustainable 🙏 With lots of fabulous designs available, every single piece is one of a kind. Most of our work is commission based – I can print any combination of designs you would like, and in colours which you choose (with advice from me every step of the way!) See our Portfolio section for inspiration 🙏
