I attended a beginners dot mandalas class today with my friend Rayne and absolutely loved it. Karen is the most beautiful person you could meet, she is friendly, warm, welcoming and knows her stuff. Karen made the class enjoyable and it was great fun to relax and be mindful whilst doing the mandalas. I would highly recommend Karen and her classes so much so I’m going to do loads more.
You won’t regret meeting this beautiful lady and doing one of her wonderful classes. 5* and you get hugs so what more could you want x
Thank you so much Karen ???? love and light ☀️ being sent to you

Had a fantastic time at Karens ‘Dot Mandala Taster’ Workshop, held at the fabulous Court Street Gallery this morning. I am not an arty person, but managed to create two lovely cards and learn a new skill, which I will be definitely be continuing at home. Karen also taught us how this kind of art can help with mindfulness and relaxation, which was really interesting. A really enjoyable morning and have already booked the Advanced course. Highly recommend ????

Spent a lovely 1.5hours completing the introduction to Dot Mandala. Karen’s workshop was great! Perfect balance of learning the background of the art and an opportunity to have a go and create something very pretty. Perfectly pitched for a beginner and allows you to gain confidence and want to try the next workshop. Would recommend this if you are need of a “time out” of the everyday stresses. Thank you

I recently attended the Beginners Dot Mandala Workshop. Karen spoke of mindfulness & shared interesting information. It was both relaxing and enjoyable.
Karen explained & demonstrated the art of dotting, we then went on to dot our own mandala cards. It was one of the best workshops that I’ve attended, really enjoyed it & have booked myself on the advanced course in June. Cant wait.

Had a great time at Karen’s dot mandala and mindfulness class at Paper and Smiles. Karen is an excellent teacher and explained everything really well, she started with some mindful awareness which was very interesting and useful. I made two lovely dot mandala cards which I am very pleased with. Thoroughly recommend this course as anyone can do it, it is much easier than it looks and with Karen’s support you will be pleased with your results

We are an Art and Craft Wellbeing group based in Wellow (just outside Bath), about 15 of us attended Karen’s workshop re Mandela Workshop on 25th February 2020. We very much enjoyed making the 2 Mandela cards each and will be booking a further workshop later in the year re block printing.
Karen was very attentive and answered all our questions and it was great that afterwards we could buy supplies direct from her to continue our wellbeing. I would fully recommend attending any of these workshops

Thank you to the Beautiful Karen Dots & Blocks, and a wonderful group of friends who joined in with this fabulous Brain Massaging Dot Mandala workshop today.

This is my second time participating in a workshop run by Dots & Blocks Karen and hosted by Katie Confident Soul .
The Dot Mandala technique intrigued me and I couldn’t wait to learn how it can help mental challenges.
I found Karen to be very professional and she was able to explain the process very easily. It was a gathering of beautiful souls, and we all enjoyed the process.
I was immediately made to feel at ease and welcome since Karen gave us all the information we needed to know about, why and how to use tools, as well as what not to do in order to ensure that we were well-prepared and could get to work on the projects at hand.
After my very first flawless dot, I was ecstatic. Everyone had a great day, and the atmosphere was really encouraging. My brain instantly went into relax mode, and I enjoyed the experience.
We all made exquisite artwork that we brought home with us. Now that I’m looking at the mandala I made, I’m satisfied that anyone can make something so lovely that speaks to our innermost desires to realign ourselves. I would suggest Karen to everyone because she offers top-notch entertainment and services. Regardless of how distressed you are or whether you’re searching for self-help, her courses go really well. Being around by like-minded individuals, taking time for yourself, and adding laughter and joy to
your life may all be achieved through this wonderful workshop. I felt like it was worth my time when I left the workshop I felt at ease a lot of calmer.
I’m grateful for the time with her. Thank you.

Hi Karen, I arrived to your session in complete chaos mentally but left feeling a lot calmer. The colour therapy really helped me. As mentioned before I detest the colours red & purple yet I created a beautiful mandal in “red & purple”
Creative joy should be a part of everyone’s self care journey.
Sue Peacock –
Hi Karen, thankyou for a lovely few hours and learning the ability to switch off in such a satisfying and easy way. Lovely to meet you all, I love a gathering of ladies. Finally know what a mandala means xxx
Janet Taylor-Simmons –
Thank you so much Karen for a much needed relaxing afternoon. I arrived feeling frazzled and left feeling rejuvenated. It’s amazing what creativity just for the joy of the experience can do. I can’t wait for the advanced mandala session next time!
