Introducing our Deer Card Making Kit. Released for Christmas, but perfect for any occasion, this block printing kit contains everything you need to print 8 greeting cards:
1 x wooden printing block
2 x approx 30ml paint in brown & aubergine
8 x square cards (15cm) and matching envelopes (16cm) – 4 each in 2 colours – off-white & natural
10 x square watercolour paper (12cm)
1 x glue stick
1 x paint tray
1 x thin foam printing mat
2 x small sponge dabbers
1 x full set of block printing instructions

Description

Block printing is suitable for all abilities and is for all ages (recommend 5+ with adult supervision, due to small caps on paint bottles).

You can use these wooden printing blocks for printing designs on paper, card and fabrics etc. They can also be used to applying body paint / creating temporary tattoos. Plus they can be used for creating impressions into clays, handmade soaps etc.

Our hand carved wooden printing blocks come direct from artisans in India, where they have been used for printing fabrics for centuries. Hand printing is a slow & methodical process that is deeply absorbing and quiets the mind.

*All paint is hand dispensed into individual bottles, hence the volume is approx 30mls.
